Welcome
to

A 6 month mastermind for seasoned entrepreneurs who want to stretch their creative expression so they can spring their inner artist forward and strike gold.
Go from one of many, to constantly top-of-mind-icon in your industry.
The Craft is the place where entrepreneurs with solid business foundations come to stretch their capacities: for creativity, for new ideas, for wealth and for making fucking art.

“Rachel really embodies her human-first values in her coaching, which is why I know she would probably prefer that I tell you about how supportive it feels to work with her— the joy of how she makes you feel truly seen and held, and the relief of knowing someone so affirming, creative, and knowledgeable is on your team.
And all of that is true.
But my conductor side thinks all you need to know about my time with Rachel is this: within a few months of working together, I got a book agent, created a book proposal, and landed my dream book deal with Penguin Life.
The work we did in our calls together led directly to all of this.
Because Rachel is like salt in a good meal: she’s not there to change the way things taste, she’s there to help your flavors SHINE.
Her genius is the way she lifts up. enhances, and shine a spotlight on YOUR genius.”
—Jessi Kneeland
At the risk of seeming like I’m calling you slutty (go off, if that’s your thing too), you’ve been around the block.
You’re an entrepreneur who has been at this long enough that you’ve earned that jaded feeling that sometimes pops up when you see the same old ways of doing business repackaged yet again.
“Ah, yes. The new empowerment. The same business strategies from the same old book, but in a new outfit and a slightly different vocabulary.”
We both know that you don’t need that. (my face explains it all).
You’re *brushes shoulders off* established. You have a solid clientele. Even when months are slow, or you fully doubt everything and panic, you have plenty of data that shows you that what you're doing and have done, does work.
You know what you offer. Even if you find yourself hating everything, including yourself sometimes, there is a baseline trust in what you've created thus far.
And yet. There is a next level for you that you haven’t quite put your finger on. Or you know what it is but could use some support to finally get there. I hate that 'next level' phrase, but I think if you're here you get what I mean.
It’s a bit bigger. It’s a bit more visible. It’s closer to something that feels like your art.
And it’s going to require you to expand further than you have before.
You aren’t looking for more of “the basics,” you’re looking for access points to a more fully expressed you.
You don’t need to be louder- but you want to create in ways that always leave you top of mind. You’re ready to go from established, to fucking magic.
The world of entreprenuership is so focused on fixing, but you don't need to be fixed or another version of what you've already done—you want more but more, like this, hassn't existed —until now.
"Rachel is such a guide in helping grow our capacity to be able to be in business the way we dream of for ourselves, and helped me to see that I could do more than I believed when I started."
-Carolyn
Expansion is not one size fits all, if it was just about finding the next secret, perfect strategy you would already have it. Expanding your capacity, your nervous system and your creative expression is not the kind of thing that comes from a pre-recorded class or 10 step process.
You don’t need a new person on a pedestal to emulate, this is about experimenting. Pushing yourself out of your comfort zone (I’m coming too!) and finding new ways to express yourself and your work.
You know deep down that a shiny thing is not what you need, because grounding into your unique creativity and stamping the world with your imagination is what keeps you constantly-top-of-mind in your industry.
Have you watched the way artists take off in their business on tiktok, online, or elsewhere? Seeing them literally making money from the deepest expression of their aliveness, and you mutter to yourself..'they are really making money off of their curiosity, their allowance for stretching, and their art'.
And I fully believe that you can experience that kind of stretchy, creative brilliance too. I believe that if you are an entrepreneur, you are already an artist. And I know that’s controversial.
The way “if you go for a run, you’re a runner” is.
But stay with me: You made something from scratch.
You took an idea from your head or thin air or channeled guidance or however your magic works and you made it real. Other people engage with it. It works! Like you knew it would. That is art, that is magic, that is powerful shit.
And. You want more. To feel more. To have the kind of spark that got you started. To move again to the next level of you.
At the end of the day, you want to ground into your aliveness and creativity—again.
"Rachel cares deeply about her client's happiness, and let me tell you, when you are seen as a person for who you are, the success you will achieve in your business is both limitless and inevitable.”
–Alyssa C

It doesn’t have to come from a desire to talk bigger or louder in order to grow bigger. But those whispers you mostly say ‘not now’ to, want to play around with something beyond what you’ve been given until this point.
I bet you fantasize about what your world and business could look like if—
You stopped typecasting yourself in your industry with narratives that don’t tap the vein of innovation and imagination.
You treated your creativity like it matters
You loosened the cobwebs, and learned about things off the beaten path that you can't google or find in an IG carousel in order to stop cockblocking your brilliance.
Also I know what you’re doing–stop it, you are an artist, and you are creative.
Creativity: the ability to create new ideas or things using your imagination
That’s you. Okay, keep reading.
“All the spaces Rachel holds are my fucking favorite. For me, the learning continues, even after 15 years of marketing experience, and I wouldn’t choose to grow anywhere else.”
-Monica S
Listen, what I’m writing is how I felt and what I wanted for so long.
I knew how to get on a sales call, but my body needed release.
I was so fucking bored of hearing the same-ish people say the same-ish things. I knew I had magic, I felt it in moments—enough that I understood what I had, but not enough to trust it.
I was tired of moments of knowing, I wanted like, a decent amount more. I didn’t need magic all day (that would be tiring).
But I always questioned, what I’m doing is working–I don’t want to rock the boat.
I can’t believe how much time I spent wondering if my business was going to continue to grow and allow me the life I wanted because I was afraid to explore the most important parts of me.
Perhaps you too?
I want you to have support the goes to the place you sometimes don’t even let yourself go.
Support that goes further than the void of a Facebook group, or whatever people are selling as community when it’s really just a circle jerk of ‘coach you are great, other folks, Idk you, but now I’m doing emotional labor to support you too–ouch, I’m too tired for myself now’.
I want you to be on your own timeline, stretching, contracting, and digging up the treasures that have been hidden inside of you, kindly asking to be supported in ways beyond a book, or another strategy.
What if you could have all of that, and:
What if business made you feel alive (again)?
What if you could pinpoint exactly what it is that’s magical about you and your work? AND! Give it room to live and breathe outside of your body!
What if because you let your inner artist come forward, your messaging, and marketing could come from deep within your soul and your guts, and it worked because of the space you created for creativity again?
What if your magic, met standing ovation messaging, met industry explosive strategies and all the nostalgic things that have been buried in your energetic and emotional basement–begging to come forward?
What if getting your hands involved allowed you to express the parts of you?
What if business was extraordinary, made up of colors and art and sparks and explosions?
What if it honored your capacity, truly?
And what if, on top of all of that, it made you a lot of fucking money? Money from your art, your you. You.
“She made me feel brave as I did hard things and because of her I grew so much more within my business than I thought possible. Rachel will hold you to the best version of yourself, challenge you, and sit with you through the messy bits of entrepreneurship. She is undoubtedly the business mentor you’re looking for, literally run into her offer. Also she provides high quality tiktoks on demand— a true gift.”
-Celina R
The craft
A 6 month mastermind for seasoned entrepreneurs who want to stretch their creative expression so they can spring their inner artist forward and strike gold.
Go from one of many, to constantly top-of-mind-icon in your industry.
"Rachel’s brilliant phrase, that your business is your art, lights a fire under me and I feel like I can say what I want to say and express myself without as much fear. Rachel inspires me to tune out all the noise around me, connect with what I want to say and what I want to do, and have the courage to put it out there."
-Kate
The Craft is where entrepreneurs with solid business foundations come to stretch their capacities for:
- Creativity
- For new ideas
- For less complicated wealth
- For making fucking art
You know that feeling when you get home from spending time with the friends who really know you and you finally admitted that thing about your life that you haven’t been able to- and it feels like something just unlocked inside of you?
The Craft is the place we bring those kind of desires and explore them with the guidance of business witches and comedy and solid business methods and art.
And if you don’t know exactly what that next step is for you, I’d love The Craft to be the place you come to discover it. With space, energy, support and curated artistic experiences for your personal exploration.
Does it sound a little weird? Perfect.
Because if you’ve done a lot of growth in your life (and if you’re an here, I’m certain you have) you know that expansion usually requires that we get a little out of the box.
And that’s where we are headed. With thoughtfully curated experiences and projects alongside solid, practical business support in a container with other entrepreneurs on the same path.
It’s The Craft, baby. Actual craft, witchcraft, you and your brilliant “craft.”

It’s risky business to counter the trends and look at you first before another maddening ideal client worksheet. But would you like to anyway?
I figured out quickly that the entrepreneurial space wasn’t made with me in mind (or most people for that matter).
With every investment I was told to shrink, change, keep showing up no matter how I was feeling, to use this specific language to sell, to do breathwork, to get more clear on my ‘why’ and get deeper into my ideal clients head.
I run this business because I love to write, and I love creating and I love people, and you are people, and you are art. I see you in this way first.
I love breathing and all (I couldn't have been raised more holistically, so I've done it all), but I swear if I saw one more person talk about a book, or PDF on what's next in business, I was going to shit a donkey brick and probably gossip somewhere.
I never felt seen, or heard, or understood. I never felt like I could be me AND make money, be me AND love my offers, be me AND get clients to work with me AND run around Salem chasing my own actual magic.
I grew up in poverty and started my business in and out homeless, I put my head down and boxed myself into what worked because I had to, but one day I quite literally picked my head and was like..'shit, this is not it for me my dude'.
I felt deeply lonely, and grey, and far away from myself, my art and fireworks.
Until, finally, I found the fireworks: I pinpointed exactly what made me like me again, and my business, and leaned into it. I found that I could create and express beyond the ways I had limited myself into—— AND I could make money (more than I could imagine). I crafted offers I am obsessed with and that I love selling (this being one of them), I figured out how to market my offers in a way that’s fun for me and not watered down—all while honoring my capacity, my mental health, my lived experience, my trauma and my desire to run toward what I am curious about.
One thing I am exceptional at is following my desires. When I was younger that didn’t always lead where to places I should go. But it always led me closer to myself.
In business, this curious spirit is what keeps me relevant, ever-expansive and successful. I follow my heart, my gut, and what calls to me. It’s what I help my clients do, and it’s what I want to do together in this container.
I'm not all "only do what feels good", because business is not that. But we do follow courage first.
This feels like my most vulnerable offer yet, because if there is any “secret” to my success, it’s this. The willingness to reach for what’s next. To be curious, again, about what is next for me. To always create space to allow for what I really want. And this desire to make art and grow and be curious *together* is a tender one. It’s also exactly the kind of work I know I was made for.
The fact that you’re still reading this likely means you know what I mean.
That some part of you wants a group you don’t have to perform for, a place to keep exploring yourself and your work, the opportunity to get super weird about it. A place to discover and implement what’s next.
**Also: I believe business is political, and I don't work with folks who don't agree all bodies are good bodies, or contribute to diet culture. The intersection of trauma, privilege, mental health, accessibility, and lived experienced is at the core of my work. I'm not a good fit for you if these things are an active part of your world.
"Rachel’s genius is in looking at everything totally differently than everyone else. She doesn’t offer the kind of cut and paste advice a lot of coaches get stuck in. She sees what makes your work remarkable, how to monetize tf out of it and showcase it in a way that is unique to you. You could read the same old books everyone else has been teaching from since forever, or you could hire someone who is always innovating at the edges of what is possible. That’s Rachel. "

The full Details on the craft:
The Craft is a truly immersive experience with not only you and I, and the others who join, but immersing yourself with yourself. Digging, crafting, refining, exploring, strategizing, and creating what your current season in your business needs from you, and what you need from it.
This is a 6 month mastermind for seasoned entrepreneurs who want to stretch their creative expression so they can spring their inner artist forward and strike gold.
Go from one of many, to constantly top-of-mind-icon in your industry.
I have two levels people can join at:
Option 1:
- 3x live group sessions each month, for six months, with one week off for integration each month.
- 1x 1:1 sessions with me — this is currently the only way to get 1:1 calls with me, as my 1:1 coaching is at capacity (and you can upgrade for more calls if desired).
- Access to one of my Team members Celina Rosso during their office hours to get support on money, magic and trauma. Celina is an intuitive business witch who helps entrepreneurs bring forward their inner gifts through a trauma informed lens.
- Voxer access to me Mon-Thurs 10-4
- Various art class options outside of our scheduled calls. Think of this as a build your own adventure for how you want to create. Think: creative writing, the art of a ritual and more. (these are not required--none of the sessions are!)
- Offer creation support and audits
- Copy and program reviews and audits
- Lifetime access to all call recordings and materials
Call breakdown:
- 1x hot seat session a month: this is true hotseat, everyone will have time to share (if desired). Getting feedback from both myself, and the group (again, if desired).
- 1x training session: We're designing gameplans for execution.Exploring creativity, innovation, imagination, methods, messaging, marketing, and meaningful money. No longer blend into the rest of your industry. You don’t have to yell to be heard, and you’ll learn what it means (and how), to stay top of mind. More sales, more simplicity.
- 1x creative expression call each month. These calls are designed to help you participate in your ideas, to support you curiosity of self, desire, and art. We’ll be doing live art projects, creating with our hands (all tools sent to you), bringing in a comedian, writers, and more. Allow yourself to know a different kind of support exists, and sink in (as slowly as you need) to what can happen when we make art.
Option 2:
- 3x live group sessions each month, for six months, with one week off for integration each month.
- Access to one of my Team members Celina Rosso during their office hours to get support on money, magic and trauma. Celina is an intuitive business witch who helps entrepreneurs bring forward their inner gifts through a trauma informed lens.
- Various art class options outside of our scheduled calls. Think of this as a build your own adventure for how you want to create. Think: creative writing, the art of a ritual and more. (these are not required--none of the sessions are!)
- Lifetime access to all call recordings and materials
What I want to say and do comes out much easier when I’m giving it another vessel to be brought into the world with.
Maybe the focus isn’t doing ~more~ in your business–trying to learn another new thing, but in being a ‘closed’ sign on more, and taking another path.
The Experience
Month one: Art
We begin with where you last left your creativity and start to build a new path for it to come back to you through. We'll go into what I call The Imagination Station with our eyes set on getting clear on how you isolate the way you innovate. Every month begins with a physical art project that takes 3-30 min, month one will be where your hands will start your craft (again).
Month two: Magic
Bringing the forces of the universe and forces of strategy we'll work a trauma informed Business Witch to expand capacity for receiving, generating and creation. You'll anchor into your version of your most grounded youness (maybe god, maybe magic, maybe universe, maybe unnamed) and intersect your lived experience with what it means to hope again, call in, move with fear (again). This month you'll finally connect the dots of curiosity and trust (without just hearing 'surrender'), and merge it with strategic structures for your business. Call this one, The Ethical Expansion.
Month three: Grit
Let's translate your art & your unique magic into strategy that is your own.
We're hitting up messaging, marketing and methods that come from channeling your deepest expression. I'm not talking about anything you've learned thus far—which doesn't make it bad or wrong. I'm talking off the beaten path what happens when you ignore the 'but maybes' and innovate around your process. We're creating what you need to iconically standout so you stand alone. Also I know, maybe you're like 'I don't need to be famous', this isn't about fame, it's about your world, top of mind, for you, by you.
Month four: Expression
How are you turnning heads? Maybe you're like 'look at me, don't look at me'. Me too. But your business doing what you want, how you want (when you're honest), is going to come from the simplicity of your offer, and your delivery. Because overcomplicating this is very 'burpee on a bosu ball single leg finger curl'. The most doesn't need to be done.
We're focusing on how you showcase your genius by bringing in a comedian, and authors to shimmy out the art, if you will. Don't worry, you're learning and don't have to do stand up. I only want you to have new ways to explore how you'll stay in the long game of your business-if desired-by making it less boring, and more 'IT'.
Month five: Method
Develop new processes that further integrate your art. What does it mean to create intuitive practices around your work that honor your creative needs? How do you access your cool, your (insert another really awesome word if you don't like cool).
You've gotten this far in the stretch of this world you're creating. Now we continue to establish, implement, test, and experiment with all the 'hows' and 'whats'. (but don't worry, we'll do a lot of this 1:1 too!).
Month 6: Opening Night.
Reintroduce yourself in your magic. Find ritual and protection of your space, your creativity and your art in the world that seeks to damper you. What you've built is sacred and isn't any old business offer or structure. This is new. Not your baby. But your creative.
This is opening night of the gallery you've just built. We will celebrate, integrate, implement, and showcase what you've designed for final creative feedback, and one final art project to stamp your work into the world. To make an imprint.
Need to know: Through this work you may be launching, selling, creating. The months are laid for the specific focus during our calls, but you can be at any stage of external work. We will absolutely be spending time on strategy and mapping to build out more (of whatever you desire). Your 1:1 boxer access will be where you can come daily to discuss that new idea, create new copy, look at your positioning, marketing, whatever is needed.
Total cost of the Craft: $6,000-13,000
Extended payment plans are available (free of penalty fees, of course) to fit your needs, starting at $857/month.

"When I first started working with Rachel, I had promised myself that I wasn't going to hire another business coach just months previous. After being in her membership, The Inside, I knew I wanted to work with her in a more intimate container because of her brilliant ways of thinking about business, the way she so honestly showed up in her own business, and most of all, how she really walked her talk in being a Trauma-informed Business Coach.
-Greer T.
My human, if you’re new to my world, you should know that I don’t make promises lightly.
So this is a big deal, and I mean it.
I can promise you, that after The Craft:
You will be weirder.
From the bottom of my soul, I promise this is the actual best thing.
Because it will mean you have moved from doing things in the ways you have been taught that weren’t actually the highest expression of yourself. It will mean that you’ve grown into something new, or closer to the you that was less aware of “supposed to’s.” And it will likely mean that you are stepping into a version of you that is deliciously expansive.
From there, the pathway to income expansion will be so much clearer—you will be able to rely on what you’re putting out in the world to create the lifestyle you want to have—because let me reiterate, expansiveness can bring more into your life, your voice, your art and your bank account.
Do you remember when you last felt totally free?
Like when something you dreamed about happens, and you’re shocked and not, and you feel it forever in your cells.
Like throwing paint at canvas and then making out the way always seems to happen in movies, free?
Like, “wow I just really did something that I feel unabashedly confident in” free?
Whatever that time was, for you—if you’ve been clawing to get that feeling back, those sparks, those fireworks—this is the space for you.
Where you will learn how to show up as your fullest self in your business, craft, your weird and your art, and be supported on every step of the journey.
And I get it, at the point you're at in your business and life I feel like you have done 'the work', or some of it, on understanding yourself etc. So know this isn't, 'heal in 6 months and you'll never doubt yourself ever again'. This is art after all.
However, the way you approach your business and yourself will be from something wider, okay? Something that comes not from hearing, but doing.
"From our very first session, I never felt like you were pulling me to walk a specific path. It’s like you were laying down the brick to build my own personal path as you were getting to know me. It means so much to me how much time you spent acknowledging my strengths and weaknesses, and guiding me to run my business in the way that feels the fucking best. This has truly never been easier."
-Gabi G
FAQ'S
What if I can’t make it to all the calls?
You get lifetime access to all the recordings and materials, and if you have questions about the material in the calls you can always Voxer with me as you go through them.
Life already feels overwhelming, I’m feeling resistant to adding more calls and “to-do’s” to my plate. Will this be too much for me?
You know your capacity, and we honor that fully around here. What I can say is that The Craft is all about creating space for you and your growth. This isn’t a “community” where you have to show up and take care of everyone. (And you may find community here! That’s just not an expectation of you). So you can show up camera on or off, participate fully or listen while you do other shit. This is about what is good for you, not another “task.”
I’ve never used Voxer—what’s that like?
Every one of our clients uses Voxer differently. Some clients message us each day, some once a week, some only when things come up that they need support with. You can message us about anything that relates to your business or personal life, and we’ll be able to talk it through in real-time.
Do I get 1:1 calls with you?
Everyone will get 1x 1:1 call with me during the six months, but if you'd like to upgrade to VIP, you can get 6x extra calls. This is a $3500 package.
Is this for artists?
I think everyone is an artist, but if you mean what I think you mean: someone who paints, writes, is a photographer—no, not exclusively. This is a business mastermind that will be home to sex therapists, anti-diet dietitians, photographers, coaches, astrologers, and more. You do not need to come in with what you think is an art 'skill'. All of work will be infused with creative expression that doesn't require a 'good' or 'bad' process.
Are we only just playing with art?
With the physical material you'll receive in the mail to create with? No. This is a business mastermind and all strategic and more pointed work in that space will be the root of this. But HOW we approach that is through a unique artistic process built for you!
When do we begin?
The beginning of January! All calls will be on Fridays between 11am or noon est. The full schedule will be released shortly with dates, and speakers.
