

I’m all about the meals that take literally no time at all to put together and cook. Simple is my middle name and this meal fits that perfectly.
How:
- Preheat oven to 400
- Slice sausages of choice (any protein would work)
- Add cut sweet potatoes
- Add in fat of choice (I added butter but you could use olive oil)
- Sprinkle with salt, pepper, garlic and onion powder.
- Cook at 40 for 2-30 min or until sweet potatoes are cooked through!
