P.S- This was my full post workout meal, so I added more veggies on the side with some Brussels.
What You Need:
- 1/2 frozen banana
- 1 cup frozen cauliflower
- 1 cup spinach
- 1/4 cup frozen blueberries
- 1 cup almond milk (add more for desired consistency)
- 1 scoop vanilla protein powder
- 2tbsp almond bitter
I topped mine with:
- Cocoa nibs
- Sweetened coconut shreds
This smoothie rocks because its packed with protein, veggies and healthy fat. It’s also got carbs from the fruit and veggies as well so you’re really get such a rad full meal here!
