This recipe was a total accident. I was making cookies one day and because I was creating the recipe from scratch, I taste tested along the way and before I added anything else I was like holy crap–this is bomb.com
Let me be clear, no this doesn’t taste like your store bought dough. But it is GOOD. It’s a healthy option as close as you can get to the real deal.
Also note, you need coconut flour which you can get at almost any store. Even Walmart now.
What You Need:
- 2 TBSP coconut flour
- 1/2 scoop vanilla protein powder
- Stevia to taste
- 3/4 – 1 cup almond milk
- 2 TBSP chocolate chips
- Add the coconut flour + protein powder in a bowl, slowly add the almond milk and stir it until it gets to the consistency of cookie dough.
