Your finisher is what you do at the end of your strength training workout. The goal of these finishers is to work as hard as you can with proper form for the allotted amount of time. Give max effort!
Finisher #1 (gym)
Set a timer and complete as many rounds as possible in 5 min with proper form.
- 10 med ball slams
- 10 burpees
- 15 rope slams
Finisher #2 (no gym)
Set a timer for 5 min and complete as many rounds as possible with proper form.
- 10 jump squats
- 20 mountain climbers
- 10 skiers each leg
